IN STORE COLLECTION

Want to purchase online and collect for FREE.....no problem. Our in store opening hours are in line with Beast Rampz Skatepark Opening Hours. During Greater Manchester School Holiday's our opening hours are 10.30am - 10pm. Outside of School Holidays please see our Contact Page for the instore opening times.

FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery will apply on all items over £100. This will be sent out by standard delivery tracked and will reach you within 1-5 working days.

STANDARD DELIVERY - TRACKED

Items sent out by our Standard delivery will be sent out with DPD Courier service, Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. All items whether standard delivery or next day / express noon can all be tracked. We can not be held responsible should you miss your delivery driver.  Please note weekends / bank holidays are not classed as a working day.

Want a morning delivery, this options is available on check-out. All goods can be tracked, pick an hour slot or choose to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.

NEXT WORKING DAY BY 10.30AM

Need it before lunch....no problem simply choose this option on checkout and your parcel will be with you the next working day by 10.30am. Items can be tracked.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our aim is to make sure the delivery company we choose to deliver your goods keep to their timescales. Occasionally incidents out of our control can cause delays. If you experience any delay in your goods being delivered please contact us by telephone so that we may assist your further.

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases although we understand that sometimes this can not always be the case.  Below you will find all the details on how to return your goods. Please also check out our F&Q's Page.

RETURN YOUR GOODS

FAULTY GOODS RECEIVED

Beast Rampz check to ensure that all goods are sent out in good working order. If you have received an item that is faulty before use then please contact us straight away. You always have a manufacturer warranty period if something is wrong with the product with the manufacturer . You will need to complete an online returns form as soon as possible after receiving your goods - the link to this can be found below.  We will then contact you and get this sorted in the quickest possible way.

GOODS MISSING

At Beast Rampz we check each and every item before dispatch, you will find a checklist signed off by us enclosed in your order. If you still believe that goods are missing then please contact us using the contact form below.

DAMAGED PACKAGING

All items leaving the shop are thoroughly checked to ensure there is no damage to the packaging, If you receive a faulty or damaged packaging and you believe that this has damaged the goods then please contact us using the form below.

CHANGED YOUR MIND

No problem....If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you can return your items to us within 14 days of purchase. Beast Rampz will refund the goods purchase price but will not refund the delivery charges. We do not offer a free returns so this must be arranged and paid for by yourself. 


Returns are only accepted and refunded when the product are in there original packaging with all the enclosed documents. We will not accept any returns or offer a refund where the original packaging has been broken or opened. Please read our Terms & Conditions for further details.
